Unable to Uninstall GOS or Samsung device health services

Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 2022

Basically, anytime I try deleting Samsung (GOS) or (Samsung device health services) it automatically reinstalls itself and does nothing like I can disable GOS but I can't uninstall it but as for Samsung device health services I can't uninstall nor disable as it automatically reinstalls itself.
