They do link from that page to this calculator tool, which has a link to the source data in JSON format. But the datacenters.json file is in an employee's github profile, so tough to know if it will stay up to date or not. The source data also has tons of private network ranges, which I don't know what we should do about. One could make a case for including them, but also there's significant risk to including them by default, since it would just be blocking huge swathes of internal IP addresses.
Are you sure you're not asking for the ability to block based on ASN?
It's definitely not just blocking an ASN.
