Reverts #134 as the Dependabot PRs were getting a bit too chatty for all the dependency version bumps. We'll instead add a step in our release process to run
npm updateto catch these bumps all together instead of with many, small PRs. So yes we're adding back some manual steps and removing some automation but I think the overall mental focus needed will be concentrated during the release process and not small shifts in focus for multiple small PRs and I think that's a fine and acceptable trade-off.
