Eleventy currently imports all the highlighters (2 liquid tags, markdown in v1.0.4) when using eleventyConfig.addPlugin.

This issue is to gather public support for the option to include only some of these highlighters in your .eleventy.js.

Thumbs up here if you want this, otherwise it won’t get implemented 😎
