[Bug] 知识库上传文档，提示Failed to open file '/tmp/tmpxj3zdgnf'.，无法生成预览以及执行开始导入。 #1892

Problem Description

创建知识库时，上传约30多个pdf文档后点击下一步，在生成预览时点击多次生成预览，执行出错，显示Failed to open file '/tmp/tmpxj3zdgnf'.之类的消息，无法生成预览，再次点击生成预览以及点击开始导入，都无法执行，都显示Failed to open file '/tmp/xxxxx'的消息，文件名每次都不一样。
尝试了重启容器，从v1.71.1升级到v1.8.1，都没有恢复正常，目前无法向知识库添加文档。

目前重启容器、升级版本都没有办法恢复正常，一直处于错误状态。
