Cant seem to get Viper Ultimate to work #902

I have downloaded the app and accessed my Viper Ultimate but am still unable to use my mouse. I have the USB dongle plugged into my USBC port using an adapter but my mouse will still not move my cursor and the lights and dpi will not change color.
