i really need to be able to click stuff that is not a gui, like for example in hypixel skyblock they have custom gui's i want to be able to interact with it. if you know how i could do this please let me know

Difficult, would generally recommend that you write a mod for this.
By doing click p <x> <y> you can click a position on the screen.
But besides that no.

Which version of Minecraft are you using? I could potentially do something in hmc-specifics.
