Use, another computer that isn't your schools like at home. Download Recovery Utility, Go through Recovery Utility as if you were actually using it, and it will give you an option to download it onto a usb drive. Just make sure you know the software you need to download. |

What If I don't have a computer at home. Does the utility do anything to the file or can I just download chromeOS 81 and move it onto a USB? |

@LucRtheL try using a computer running windows or something like that, download brave browser and sign in with a personal account, or just dont sign in with your home account. |

I was just wondering if we could just cut out the middle man here, because my Chromebook admins block the recovery utility.
