Swift 4.2 Release

• Updates to Swift 4.2
• Removes remaining Objective-C classes
• Adds back in input picker row
• Adds row action protocol for row swipe actions
• Improves usability by changing protocol var definitions to { get } rather than { get set }

We've moved to Swift! This project drops support for Objective-C projects and goes Swift only.

After years of work we've taken the decision to release v1.0 of our Storm libraries.
