Describe the bug
The statistics option in DSpace CRIS 8 is unclickable after the first use.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Navigate to the DSpace CRIS 8 dashboard.
Click on the statistics option once; it works as expected.
Click on the statistics option again or after navigating away from it, and it becomes unclickable.

Expected behavior
The statistics option should be clickable and functional at all times.
