Provide a Docker file to run the Management UI in a Docker container. Note that this should include only the Management UI and not the AF as currently defined here: https://github.com/5G-MAG/rt-5gms-application-provider/blob/master/Dockerfile

The different projects like AS, AF and Management UI are then connected via Docker Compose. See also here: 5G-MAG/rt-5gms-examples#13
