client 에서 vender 를 통해 auth token 발급후 서버 로컬캐시 로 저장
client 에서 auth token 으로 로그인 처리 후 사용자 정보를 서버에 전송 (로그인 및 가입 처리)

client 에서 1,2 가 동기적으로 처리되어야 함
