About the version of UC.jl

I'm a very new user. It seems the latest version is v0.3, which is released a year ago.
But it seems you've developed a newer version 0.4 (in Usage document).
So is there an update available?
By the way, is it available to update your documentation (i.e., the github.io website in the format of HTML)?
I think it will benefit the beginners. Thanks!

I notice this statement in your doc section "Data Format": "Startup delays must be strictly increasing and the first entry must equal Minimum downtime (h)". But I clearly see this example in the s1.json file:

            "Startup delays (h)": [
                1,
                4
            ],
            "Minimum downtime (h)": 4,

So, what's the real meaning?
