I am a newcomer studying unit commitment problems and am currently testing the model with the dataset you provided. I couldn't find the upper and lower limits of unit output in your data. Does your dataset include this information? I did find the price curve for the segmented output of the units. Can I use the maximum and minimum values on the x-axis of this curve as the upper and lower limits of unit output?
