Avoid copy construction of large objects by passing by value.
This does not improve const correctness. Issue identified by clang-tidy.
Provide (non-automated/non-enforced) mechansisms for facilitating conformance to the coding standards of ITK. Many IDE's will recognize the .clag-format file and automatically assist with code style conformance during development.
