ISSUE OVERVIEW

PROPOSED make up of entire UI from scratch while keeping in mind its interactive

.follow suttle sweet desgin langauge
.keeping in mind the color theory
please trust me on this @keshav-nischal as i have been artist from my birth and recently turned my self into the developer

and i have pretty much redesign the entire page in pictopy AOSSIE-Org/PictoPy#228 where worked on some serious issue and bug fixes
