Suggest configuration option to ignore stalling servers during pack refresh #71

There are quite a few servers that are stalling for more than 10 seconds when doing a pack refresh and it gets a bit tedious to have to press the No button for each of them.

I suggest adding an option to auto-ignore those packs.
