[Feature Request]: Align the prompt column with the setting column

What would your feature do ?

I'm not a programmer, but I put a line break for each quality, state, behavior, composition, lora so that the entire prompt is easy to grasp and fix. Therefore, the prompt column becomes vertically long.

Then, the preview moves away from the generate button, so it is inefficient to have to scroll each time to interrupt or skip while checking the preview.

Aligning the column of prompts with the column of settings solves this problem.

[The preview moves down] cannot be resolved by widening the browser, but [The prompt field becomes narrower by aligning the columns] can be resolved by widening the browser a little.

It's close to the idea of #12645, which was merged recently, but I think adding this idea will make the interface more flexible and streamlined.

1. Go to ....
2. Press ....
