Implement the following user stories:

  • As a clinic staff, I can add medical history to patient records so that I can have a background on the patient
  • As a clinic staff, I can add, edit Date of Birth of patients
  • As a clinic staff, I can view prescriptions currently prescribed to my patients so that I know the correct prescriptions to prescribe to them
