I haven't tried to capture self raising flour, but maybe I should! I
don't think it's too common, but I did notice at least one recipe that
called for Bisquick. There's also a bunch of cheaters that have "cake
mix" as one of their ingredients. I plan on filtering those out.

mix of self raising flour and normal flour but then don't use baking
powder/soda. That's why I added that - but you might be right that that

It seems to be catching on with analytical chemists and chemical
ecologists because it spits out an answer even when you've got more
variables than observations.
