we retrieve all synched DEs on parent because technically that's where they live. that being said, it's impossible to see where they belong to just by looking at the json / md file.

we could, however, get that info based on their folder.

alternatively, we could save them ONLY in the BU that they belong to. bit hacky but should be possible.
