After disabling Proxy, the traffic information through Proxy continues to be shown in the bar #4545

Environment

- OS: 10

Root access

  • Yes, I have it.

What filters do you have enabled?

No response

What Stealth Mode options do you have enabled?

No response

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Settings tab -> Filtering -> Network -> Proxy -> Proxy server -> Add proxy server

Turn on Proxy -> in the notification bar you can see the information about the turned on Proxy
Turn off Proxy -> you can still see the information about Proxy enabled in the notification bar

Expected Behavior

The text in the notification bar changes depending on the state of the Proxy

Actual Behavior

The text in the notification bar does not change depending on the state of the Proxy, it always says that the Proxy is working

Isn't fixed / regression as of Nightly 78

This issue still exists in the 4.0 nightly 97.
