In integration mode, with Proxy enabled, the notification falsely reports the use of a proxy server

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run AdGuard ad blocker and VPN apps in integration mode
2. Add a proxy server (any, even with a random IP)
3. Connect to VPN server
4. Turn on using a proxy server (ignore warnings that the proxy is not used in integration mode)
5. Disconnect VPN
6. Look at AdGuard ad blocker notification

Expected Behavior

No notification about using of proxy, because it cannot be used in integration mode (but Proxy switch can be enabled).

Actual Behavior

The notification falsely reports the use of a proxy server
