Incorrect fragment in link

The link on "create a cart price rule" points to https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce-admin/marketing/promotions/cart-rules/price-rules-cart-create#set-a-condition-using-real-time-cdp-audiences. However, the structure of the destination page has changed and so has the fragment.
