Redirect PSM 'Stats' to info.inter.trade

P2P have built a new Inter dashboard which incorporates PSM, Vaults and Reserve data -> info.inter.trade

It will obviate the need for the datadog dashboard that was created in-house and currently found at analytics.inter.trade. The datadog dashboard will no longer be maintained after Vaults launch so it will be redundant.

Currently the 'Stats' button on PSM links out to analytics.inter.trade but needs to be updated to point to info.inter.trade either before or as soon after the upgrade as possible so the breakage isn't apparent to users.
