GS1903 Support

I've noticed failures due to the timings on GS1903 pixels which are often now sold as WS2811 (particularly in strings and 12V strips). I've filed Makuna/NeoPixelBus#387 to see if support for the correct timing can be included.

Is there any way the timings can be adjusted directly in WLED to support? If not, could you consider adding support if this LED driver is added to NPB

Thank you for opening an issue in the NeoPixelBus project, as it is responsible for the actual LED driving.\

If these are added as a new pixel type, I will of course add support for them to WLED :)
