ENOENT: no such file or directory, chmod

I use volta to manage my Node instances, and running into an issue installing this package. No other package is affected.

Here is the log output:

FYI this problem goes away when I install the beta:

npm install -g @airtable/blocks-cli@2.0.0-beta.4
