Clusters Advance configs to DB instead of application.properties

Hi All, as of now in Klaw, Kafka cluster SSL and SASL related configs are specified in application.properties. They are prefixed with cluster identifier. Similar setup is needed for Schema registry connection and Connectors. While this is OK for now, do we have plans to move this out of file based config and have it in DB. I think it will be needed due to

• Adding lots of clusters configs in application.properties is not a good user experience and is error prone
• This leaves sensitive configs, password in clear text in properties file which will be issue for many customers
• I think part of cluster config (bootstrap servers, protocol etc are already in DB ). So it will be better to have all configs (including those based on protocol ) in DB where pwds etc can be encrypted. User should have chance to specify these certs and other settings at time of adding clusters.

@dwivedialok thank you for raising this. Problem is acknowledged. We hope to have a solution on this soon.
