Spell Params - Base Sidebar Should Also Use Focus / Focus Out

This is similar to the spell animation preview. When clicking on Base this makes sense to show, but for other fields, they often do not take ids of any kind and are usually used for modification of the spell.

Also - This component does not dismiss if going back to the basic tab, as an example (see image below).
