DROPDOWN: add feature so that the user can restrict the height of the dropdown bib

This is related to the request for this feature: AlaskaAirlines/auro-select#141

(keyboard navigation of the menu should scroll the menu in the bib when height doesn't fit the whole menu)

Describe the solution you'd like

Design should determine if the height restriction should be a specific size or a given number of menuoption elements (e.g. only show 5 options at once)
