Verify if DMC requests can be removed fully

DMS seems to be the only delivery mechanism now, whereas prior to the site failure DMC was still predominant (which would make sense as they have reportedly transitioned delivery fully to AWS off of the private Kadokawa cloud). Verify if any videos still define params["media"]["delivery"], in which case we will want to maintain the DMC requests as a fallback. Otherwise, remove them.
