Settings from AI.config file will only be picked up after recycle of apppool

I don't understand how it picks up configuration. @AlexBulankou did you configure anything there? It also seems the process dies on idle earlier than has chance to send performance counters. See #33

What we can do is add instruction to open page in chrome and enable refresh extension to keep generating traffc: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/auto-refresh/ifooldnmmcmlbdennkpdnlnbgbmfalko?hl=en-US
