If there is a transform applied to an element it will not be taken into account during drag, which is not very good as sometimes you want to place an element near to another based on it's current rotation.
Is there a way to provide this as a parameter or even by default should probably keep the rotation.

I still don’t quite understand what you mean. Could you describe it in more detail? Or you could also write a minimal reproducible example describing your expectation, and I will do my best to respond.
