User Story

As a user of the WeatherCast application
I WANT to have the ability to save my selected location as a favourite
SO THAT I can have quick access to my favourite locations for weather information.

Acceptance Criteria

WHEN a user opens the weather lookup application
THEN they should be able to save their favourite locations for quick access to their weather information.
