[Suggestion] ZPM Console config options

Seeing as the ZPM Console's sole purpose is to power a stargate, perhaps it could, either, use the DHD's distance config or have its own entry for confiurable placement?

Additionally, perhaps the configurator shift-click could be used to link a gate to a console, the same way DHDs can be linked outside of their config range?
