Steps to reproduce.

1. 使用Cygwin編譯完成
2. 開啟PG Tool
3. 長按UART鍵並按下Reset鍵
4. 觀察UART顯示Download資訊
5. 斷開UART並設定PG tool的訊息
6. 按下PG Tool的Download鍵並等待他完成
7. 完成燒錄後按下Reset鍵出現Boot Err
   ...

从截图看，您使用PG Tool烧录的image是firmware_is.bin。
应该烧录flash_is.bin才能正常boot。flash_is.bin links partition.bin, bootloader.bin and firmware_is.bin.
麻烦再尝试下flash_is.bin
