Organization membership will now be based partially on slots. Every org member will have at least one role. There are two options:

assign a user with a role to an org like we do right now.
assign a user to a named slot, which itself carries one or more roles.

Slots have a name and one or more roles. A slot can hold 1 person or be empty.
