Let RAP4 use the new frontend

• Update the prototype framework (and also the dockerfile) to version 2.0. This should be using the new front-end.

• The dockerfile RAP4/dockerfile should be edited to be used with the dockerimage from version 2.0.

First step is to update to the latest version of the (backend of the) prototype framework.

After that a next step is to update to new frontend. Which requires more refactoring of custom RAP frontend code.
