Feature description
This issue depends on #123, #193 and #158.

Create unit tests for the following Arbitrum's functionalities:

  • Listen for new heads
  • Listen for finalized blocks
  • Create a faucet account (create a random account and transfer funds)
  • Retrieve any account's balance
  • Deploy a smart-contract
  • Call a smart-contract

Most of those tests can be copied from Ethereum connector.

Expected output

  • All listened functionalities are tested.
