Data Model Fundamentals: Data Cleaning & Relationship

This repository contains a practice exercise to apply the data modeling and relationship concepts learned in the course. The goal of this exercise is to analyze the given data and answer the following questions:

  • What is the total revenue in California?
  • How many sales has the product "Namkeen - Rice Kodubale (Sln )"?
  • What is the average price in Dallas?

Instructions

  1. Clone the Repository: Clone this repository to your local machine to work with the project files.

    git clone https://github.com/Anitatorki/Data-Model-Fundamentals.git
  2. Open Power BI: Open Power BI Desktop on your computer.

  3. Import Data: Import the provided data files into Power BI to begin the data cleaning and relationship-building process.

  4. Analyze the Data:

    • Perform data cleaning as necessary.
    • Create relationships between data tables as required for analysis.
  5. Answer the Questions: Utilize the data model to answer the questions outlined above.

  6. Generate Visualizations: Create visualizations such as charts, graphs, and tables to present your findings.

  7. Add Your Photo: To include your photo in the Power BI project:

    • Open the Power BI file.
    • Insert an image by navigating to the Insert tab and selecting Image.
    • Choose your photo and place it in the appropriate location in the Power BI report.
    • Resize and adjust the photo as needed.
