Click and drag - tried mouse LB with toggle, not working

I am trying to play a strategy game. I need to click and drag a square around my troops.
I mapped the mouse LB and tried setting toggle. The mouse LB works to click but I can't hold it down to drag.
Any ideas on how to achieve this? I have tried playing with settings and tried searching.

It works. I am using wine and I messed up xinput. I got it working now. Sorry for the nuisance.
