This tool checks the aws account alias every 5 min and attempts to change it to the goal_account_alias.
Settings that need to be changed are in the variables.tf file. Add the desired account alias and update the phone number to receive an SMS to on successful change. Function results are logged to Cloudwatch. After successfully changing the account alias, the function sends an SMS and sets itself to 0 concurrency.

$ terraform init # downloads plugins and providers
$ terraform plan # displays the resources to be created/updated/destroyed
$ terraform apply # launches function, scheduled event, and permissions resources

$ ./deploy.sh # zips and runs terraform init, plan, and deploy
