Missing .html suffix when generating static files #237

I generated static files using rake apipie:static

The index page works fine, but if I go into a resource or method page. I can see that all links on the navigation bar has no .html suffix.

I also tried to add config.link_extension = ".html" to the initializer, but it does not help.

Can you reproduce this issue with my PR #232? I changed there a few things and on my setup it looks good.
