The result could be a matrix like DSOMM but only the dimensions and no sub-dimensions. An important distinction: management-level and technical-level (requirements, design, programming, testing). This matrix - among others - should help to understand: which activites can I do within the team and which activities need people and ressources from outside of the team / my organization.

Thus, this makes it also necessary to categorize our activities.

Idea:

  • Refactor related activity links
  • Build a CI job which parses our markdown files and build a tree
