Remove default 20MB/s throttle in replicate.sh

I've been bitten by forgetting to do this 10+ times and never because the replicate was over-working the disk- default should be disabled, and it can be enabled if needed.

Please modify so that "-t 0" continues to give correct unthrottled behavior.
