Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an admin member, I would like the changes to Firebase remote configs to be active instantly after a change.

Describe the solution you'd like
Use real-time remote configs as described here: https://firebase.google.com/docs/remote-config/real-time?platform=flutter

Additional context
Since the club wants to rely more heavily on remote configs to change the app, I think it would help to do this feature.
