Collect User Interests for the news page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the ÉTSMobile application does not ask users for their interests when they first access the 'News' page. This results in users being shown news that may not be relevant to them.

Describe the solution you'd like
When users access the news page for the first time, prompt them to select their interests (similar to how Pinterest does). This will allow the application to better target the users' interests and display news that is more relevant to them. They also need to be able in the settings page or somewhere else to change their interests.
