I fully support this idea @bjsvedin! I came to Insomnium because there are things I don't like about the official Insomnia and not having the option to choose where to store the data is one of them. I'm using Insomnium Portable, so what I expected is that I could use it from a pendrive anywhere, without having to export my settings, collections, etc. every time. I hope we have a solution as soon as possible, I'm confident :) |

I know there are plans for changing how Insomnium data is stored in the future, but I am wondering if in the mean time we could customize where the current data schema is stored.
Currently they are stored here:
But I like to keep related data next to each other, and I have folders for my projects and other related items that I would like to store the Insomnium data with.
