Use Last Values is buggy - remove that search option

'Use Last Values' on the catalog record search page can be buggy when doing a Catalog Record Summary of results. Specifically, when trying to group records in the summary, it does not provide expected results when repeating a search using 'Use Last Values' - instead of getting records specific to the selected collections, you get results for all collections. See issue 3488 for a more detailed discussion of this problem.

@dustymc has plans to rebuild/modernize the UI which is based on outdated technology - see issue 2745.

Instead of the 'Use Last Values' option, the AWG recommends saving your search if you want to do repeated queries using the same or similar parameters.
