This release will fix issues reported for release 2.4.0

CHANGELOG:

Changes need to be cherry-picked to maintenance/2.4.x branch.

  • Update CHANGELOG.md
  • Update version number in:
    • pygerber/__init__.py
    • pyproject.toml
  • git tag v2.4.1 && git push --tags
